TC3 Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up service package transitions, updates, renewals, and expirations
• Keep track of compliance and update data across Impact, ECAP, and Webfaces
• Follow up on provider credentialing and support readiness requirements
• Work with providers and internal teams to solve issues and boost service capacity
• Handle service package changes, making sure they're correct and prompt
• Check financial reconciliations and spot payment or system discrepancies
• Keep records and make sure everything is ready for audits
• Be the main go-to person for providers and stakeholders

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required (a master’s degree is preferred)
• Experience in child welfare, foster care, or provider operations is preferred
• Knowing DFPS systems or service package processes is nice to have
• Organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential

• Valid driver’s license (if driving for agency business)
• Can juggle lots of tasks and hit deadlines

Salary

Average hourly rate for this position is $23.49 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.).
