TC3 Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up service package transitions, updates, renewals, and expirations
• Keep track of compliance and update accurate data across multiple systems (Impact, ECAP, Webfaces)
• Track provider credentialing progress and support readiness requirements
• Collaborate with providers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and enhance service capacity
• Process service package changes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Support financial reconciliation and spot payment or system inconsistencies
• Maintain documentation and ensure audit readiness
• Act as the primary point of contact for providers and stakeholders

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree required (a Master’s degree is preferred)
• Experience in child welfare, foster care, or provider operations is preferred
• Knowledge of DFPS systems or service package processes is a plus
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Additional Requirements

• A valid driver’s license (if driving for agency business)
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Salary

Average hourly rate for this position is $23.49 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.).
