Taxation & Wealth Planning Associate - Multiple Offices

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Strong research, writing skills, and academic record required.
• Experience in fiduciary litigation (will contests, accountings, objections to accountings, all manner of trust disputes) required.
• Experience in trusts, charitable trusts (administration, including drafting non-judicial settlement agreements) and/or estates required.
• Orphans’ Court clerkship preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• This job operates in a clerical, office setting.
• This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
• Sedentary work: Exertion of physical strength to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds.
• Sitting most of the time.
• Walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.
