Multi Offices- Finance Associate

About the role

The ideal candidate will have experience working with a broad spectrum of banks, private funds and asset managers in fund finance and structured finance transactions and leading significant portions of those transactions. Experience with subscription facilities, NAV lines, leverage facilities and CLOs at a large law firm is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work on a broad spectrum of bank, private fund and asset manager fund finance and structured finance transactions
• Lead significant portions of these transactions
• Experience with subscription facilities, NAV lines, leverage facilities and CLOs is preferred

Requirements

• At least three years of substantive fund finance/structured finance experience
• Admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location
