About the role

We are looking for a Tax Accountant / Specialist to design realistic tax scenarios, review AI-generated outputs, and provide feedback to improve AI performance in tax tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic scenarios from tax work, including return preparation (1040 / 1120 / 1120-S / 1065), tax provision (ASC 740), and tax planning.
• Review and compare AI-generated tax outputs for technical accuracy and defensible positions.
• Provide clear written feedback to improve AI performance in tax tasks.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the research team to enhance training data quality.

Requirements

• CPA or EA (Enrolled Agent).
• A clear tax sub-specialty: corporate, individual, partnership, SALT, or international / cross-border.
• Public accounting (firm) or in-house tax experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Pay

$80–$120/hour
