Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on transactional tax matters across leveraged finance and capital markets deals
- Structure and support complex financing transactions
- Draft and negotiate tax provisions in transaction documents
- Provide strategic tax advice to clients on sophisticated transactions
- Work closely with corporate and finance teams on deal execution
Who You Are
- Counsel-level attorney with significant transactional tax experience
- Strong experience in leveraged finance and capital markets transactions
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage complex matters and work directly with clients
- Admitted to the New York Bar
Compensation
- Salary Range: $450,000 – $600,000 (DOE)
