TAX COMPLIANCE REPRESENTATIVE

About the role

The Tax Processing and Accounting Division of the Employment Development Department (EDD) is seeking individuals to join the Tax and Wage Correction Group (TWCG) as a Tax Compliance Representative (TCR).

Responsibilities

• Perform a mixture of routine, complex, difficult, and sensitive wage correction assignments applying the provisions of the California Unemployment Insurance Code (CUIC).
• Exercise excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
• Ensure goals and timeliness are met.

Qualifications
