Responsibilities
- Assisting individuals with US cross-border income tax and estate planning
- Expatriation and pre-immigration tax planning
- Inbound and outbound planning
- Other issues related to private client work
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of experience in assisting individuals with US cross-border income tax and estate planning, expatriation, pre-immigration tax planning, inbound and outbound planning, among many other issues that relate to private client work
- A LL.M in tax
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A high degree of maturity
- Creative attention to detail
- A proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment
- Strong academic credentials
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
- Previous law firm experience is preferred
- Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar
