Real Estate Construction Associate (Junior) - MIA

About the role

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, seeks a full-time junior Associate in the National Construction Practice of their Miami office.

Responsibilities

• Draft and revise complex agreements for clients in the real estate and/or construction industry.
• Experience drafting and negotiating design, construction, and consulting agreements is preferred but not required.
• Show strong writing skills, attention to detail, and willingness to take on significant responsibility.
• Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar.
• Work on sophisticated transactions for some of the country’s highest-profile clients and construction projects.

Requirements

• Strong academic credentials.
• A minimum of three years of experience drafting and revising complex agreements for clients in the real estate and/or construction industry.
• Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission to the Florida Bar.
