Tavern General Manager - Seventy Six Silverado Ranch

About the role

Seventy Six Taverns by Station Casinos — your neighborhood tavern — is opening its Seventh location at Silverado Ranch and Arville, and we are looking for talented, professional, and energized General Manager.

Responsibilities

• PRACTICE, SUPPORT, AND PROMOTE Seventy Six’s “We Win Heart Service” Company-wide culture and demonstrate Seventy Six’s Service Standards at all times.
• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• CONTROL cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• MAKING EMPLOYMENT and TERMINATION DECISIONS consistent with Seventy Six’s guidelines.
• FILL IN WHERE NEEDED to ensure guest service standards.
• SCHEDULE LABOR as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed.
• EFFECTIVELY MONITOR costs, safeguard food, and liquor inventory.
• PLACE SUPPLY ORDERS, liquor, small wares, paper goods, and office supplies.
• DAILY COACH TRAIN and MENTOR all employees.

Requirements

• MINIMUM 2 YEARS of gaming experience.
• MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS of Management experience.
• MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE.
• MUST MAINTAIN a score of 80% or higher shopper report scores.
• MUST MAINTAIN ACCURATE and PROPER comp and cash handling procedures, using cash bank, cash register, cash drop, slot bank, and POS terminal functions by department policies.
• KNOWLEDGE of gaming and compliance preferred.
• HAVE KNOWLEDGE of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least two years of front-of-the-house operations and/or assistant management positions in a Tavern.
• MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE a flexible schedule and work various hours.
