About the role
Seventy Six Taverns by Station Casinos is opening its Seventh location at Silverado Ranch and Arville, and they are seeking an Assistant General Manager.
Responsibilities
- Practice, support, and promote Seventy Six’s “We Win Heart Service” Company-wide culture and demonstrate Seventy Six’s Service Standards at all times.
- Behave in a positive, professional manner that reflects the company’s culture.
- Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment.
- Know and comply consistently with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area.
- Affirm kitchen and equipment are in good working order and ensure the work area is clean and hazard-free.
- Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
- Perform other related duties as needed.
Qualifications
- At least six months experience in a similar capacity.
- Able to obtain all necessary work cards.
- Able to handle a flexible schedule.
- Demonstrate sound judgement and mature decision-making.
- Show great attention to detail to maintain appearance and operating standards.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, push 150 to 250 lbs on a pushcart, and enter walk-ins of 10 degrees to 140 degrees with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Able to reach, bend, and stoop.
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods.
