About the role
Based in Dallas, TX, this is a high-impact, ground-level leadership role for someone who is exceptionally organized, motivated by results, and energized by building and managing field teams.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and train a team of Brand Ambassadors across the state of Texas.
- Cook up and schedule sampling events at high-volume retail stores, ensuring full calendar coverage and brand consistency.
- Set clear sales targets for each Ambassador and hold the team accountable to hitting those numbers.
- Conduct in-person visits to live events to observe, coach, and support your team in the field.
- Lead retraining sessions as needed to continuously sharpen team performance and product knowledge.
- Prepare detailed event recaps and performance reports for Qui Tequila management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Ambassador team and company leadership, communicating needs, wins, and challenges clearly and proactively.
- Represent the Qui brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a deep knowledge of our product.
Requirements
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You are an obsessively organized operator — nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
- You have experience managing field teams, event staff, or brand ambassador programs.
- You're comfortable owning sales metrics and driving a team toward measurable goals.
- You have strong communication skills and can give effective feedback and coaching in the field.
- You're willing and able to travel throughout Texas regularly to visit events.
- Weekend availability is required, as events frequently take place on Friday evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Experience in the spirits, beverage alcohol, or consumer goods industry is a strong plus.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting is expected.
Pay
This is a full-time salaried position based in Dallas, TX, with regular travel throughout the state of Texas. Compensation range is $55,000 to $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
