Earn $20/hour + $25 for every qualified appointment you book—no earning cap!

• Love talking to people? Get paid to represent North America's leading foundation repair and water management company at local home shows while earning uncapped bonuses for every qualified appointment you book.
• Groundworks is hiring outgoing 1099 Contract Brand Ambassadors to represent our company at local home shows.
• You'll engage homeowners, promote our Free Inspection services, and schedule qualified appointments using a provided tablet.

What You'll Do

• Engage with homeowners at local home shows
• Promote Groundworks' Free Inspection services
• Schedule qualified inspection appointments using a tablet
• Attend a paid 1-hour virtual training before the event
• Absorb assistance with booth setup/breakdown and equipment return (if assigned)

What You Bring

• Friendly, confident personality
• Customer-facing, retail, event, or sales experience preferred
• Comfortable using technology
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay & Perks

• 1099 independent contractor position
• $20/hour + $25 per qualified appointment booked (uncapped)
• $200 Equipment Drop-Off & Return or $300 Equipment Return (if over one hour from the branch)
• Onsite weekend event opportunity (not full-time or ongoing employment)
