Event Brand Ambassador (Weekend Home Shows)

- Groundworks is hiring outgoing 1099 Contract Brand Ambassadors to represent our company at local home shows.
- You'll engage homeowners, promote our Free Inspection services, and schedule qualified appointments using a provided tablet.
What You'll Do
- Engage with homeowners at local home shows
- Promote Groundworks' Free Inspection services
- Schedule qualified inspection appointments using a tablet
- Attend a paid 1-hour virtual training before the event
- Absorb assistance with booth setup/breakdown and equipment return (if assigned)
What You Bring
- Friendly, confident personality
- Customer-facing, retail, event, or sales experience preferred
- Comfortable using technology
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Pay & Perks
- 1099 independent contractor position
- $20/hour + $25 per qualified appointment booked (uncapped)
- $200 Equipment Drop-Off & Return or $300 Equipment Return (if over one hour from the branch)
- Onsite weekend event opportunity (not full-time or ongoing employment)
