Task Order Program Manager with Security Clearance

About the role

The Task Order Program Manager is responsible for managing and executing task order programs within Redhorse Corporation. This position requires a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage task order programs in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Oversee contract management and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Monitor program performance and make adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
• Ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Prepare and present program status reports to senior management.

Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as project management, business administration, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related field.
• A current Top Secret security clearance.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with contract management and program oversight.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of federal contracting regulations and policies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework.
• Experience with program management software tools.
