Program Manager with Security Clearance

About the role

The successful candidate will lead the technical program management efforts for security applications and DLP/ITP initiatives at Building People LLC. This role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in security technologies, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans for security applications and DLP/ITP initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage project risks and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on security applications and DLP/ITP
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
• Experience with Oracle products and solutions is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Knowledge of security technologies and best practices
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance processes
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Experience with Oracle Database and related tools
• Experience with data loss prevention (DLP) and information technology protection (ITP) technologies
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Pay

• $134,353 per year for the Technical Program Manager - Security Applications position
• $175,551 per year for the Principal Security (DLP/ITP) Technical Program Manager position

• Full-time position
