In 2009, Strategos Training and Services was established, focusing on providing services, education, and training to United States military personnel. The company specializes in non-personal support services, professional instruction, training analysis, training plan development, and curriculum development.
Responsibilities
- Manage contract performance and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure effective communication and task execution.
- Prepare and submit proposals and contracts to potential government clients.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Active SECRET clearance at time of proposal
- At least 5-year experience in contract management
- Four (4) years documented small boat experience in a maritime environment

Schedule
The contractor is expected to work a normal 40-hour week to provide support Monday to Friday during normal working hours of 0730-1630 hours daily with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.
