Task Force Director Of Sales

About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and achieving financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including housekeeping, food and beverage services, and front desk functions.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of all hotel facilities.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations and meet business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar field.
• Proven ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts.
• Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Experience with property management systems and hotel software is preferred.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
