About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and achieving financial goals.Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including housekeeping, food and beverage services, and front desk functions.
- Manage staff schedules and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of all hotel facilities.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations and meet business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar field.
- Proven ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts.
- Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Experience with property management systems and hotel software is preferred.
