Role Overview
The Director of Sales is responsible for the strategic leadership, performance, and development of the Company’s sales and marketing functions across multiple operating branches. This role leads outside sales teams and oversees commercial initiatives designed to drive revenue growth, expand market share, strengthen customer relationships, and improve profitability.
Manager Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to sales and marketing personnel to achieve individual and organizational performance goals.
- Establish clear expectations, priorities, and accountability standards across the commercial organization.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Carry out regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning for team members.
- Lead organizational initiatives related to sales effectiveness, market expansion, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, procurement, inventory management, and executive leadership teams.
- Promote a positive, customer-focused, and growth-oriented culture throughout the organization.
- Ensure effective communication between executive leadership, branch operations, and commercial teams.
- Drive data-driven decision making through reporting, KPI management, and performance analysis.
