Primary Duties
- Performing supervisory and administrative work in directing programmatic activities for Treatment Accountability for Safer Communities (TASC).
- Serve as the main contact for staff and community partners daily.
- Be an active participant in the TASC Leadership Team meetings.
- Be an active participant in the Justice Services Leadership Team meetings.
- Affiliate with intakes/assessments and care management activities during vacancies or as needed, based on staffing needs.
- Agregate and analyze caseload compliance and productivity data.
- Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director and/or Regional Director
Required Educational/Experiential Qualifications
- Master’s degree (2 years) preferred or bachelor’s degree (4 years) in social work, human services, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year providing director counseling and/or supervisory services in the area of criminal justice/substance abuse services at the Master’s level.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing direct counseling services in the area of criminal justice/substance abuse at the Bachelor’s level.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Preference given to individuals registered with the North Carolina Addiction Specialist Professional Practice Board (NCASPPB).
