TASC Case Manager Supervisor — South Central NC
About the role
Treatment Accountability for Safer Communities (TASC) is seeking a TASC Case Manager Supervisor to lead the team in multiple counties in South Central NC.
Responsibilities
- Performing supervisory and administrative work in directing programmatic activities for TASC.
- Serve as the main contact for staff and community partners daily.
- Participate in TASC Leadership Team and Justice Services Leadership Team meetings.
- Afford support during intakes/assessments and care management activities.
- Analyze caseload compliance and productivity data.
- Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director and/or Regional Director.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (2 years) preferred or bachelor’s degree (4 years) in social work, human services, or related field.
- At Master’s level - minimum of 1 year providing director counseling and/or supervisory services in the area of criminal justice/substance abuse services.
- At the Bachelor’s level, a minimum of 2 years of experience providing direct counseling services in the area of criminal justice/substance abuse.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Preference given to individuals registered with the North Carolina Addiction Specialist Professional Practice Board (NCASPPB).

Pay
Competitive salary based on experience.
Schedule
40 hours/week, Full Time, M-F, Exempt.
