TAR- Leadman/ Straw boss

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled TAR Leadman Straw boss to join our Turnaround Group. As a Leadman Straw boss, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the TAR team. You will be expected to ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership and technical expertise will be critical in ensuring the success of the TAR project.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in TAR or related field
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills
• Strong technical knowledge of TAR processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 10+ years of experience in TAR or related field
• Experience with project management software
• Certification in relevant technical areas

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the TAR team
• Ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
• Communicate regularly with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success
