Tapestry Eligibility Analyst

About the role

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Tapestry Eligibility and Enrollment systems
• Configure Epic Tapestry Utilization Management routing rules, workqueues, decisioning tools, letters/notifications, and SLAs
• Work with payer operations and UM regulations, including denial and appeal pathways
• Interpret and operationalize SQL/Clarity/Caboodle/SlicerDicer for UM KPIs

Requirements

• Epic Tapestry Utilization Management Certification (active)
• 3–5+ years hands-on Epic Tapestry UM build/support experience specifically in UM authorizations and referrals
• Proficiency with SQL/Clarity/Caboodle/SlicerDicer (read/interpret)
• Proven ability to configure UM routing rules, workqueues, decisioning tools, letters/notifications, and SLAs
• Solid understanding of payer operations and UM regulations (e.g., CMS timelines, state TATs, HIPAA, NCQA), including denial and appeal pathways

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in USA
• 5+ years of relevant experience
