About the role
- Clean, repair, recondition, and paint bulk tanks
- Build, repair, and maintain pumps and meters
- Perform industrial tank cleaning services
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure tanks and equipment are operating safely before delivery
- Ensure tank orders are completed accurately and on schedule
- Work independently while collaborating with the Tank Department team
- Respond to emergency spill clean-up service calls as needed
- Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (clear MVR)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Live within a reasonable commuting distance
- Willingness to respond to emergency/spill clean-up calls on a 24/7 on-call basis when needed
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
- Ability to work at heights
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and temperature conditions
- Stable work history
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen in accordance with plant and refinery requirements
- TWIC card or the ability to obtain one
- Flexibility to work overtime, early mornings, evenings, or weekends as business needs require
Qualifications
- Experience repairing pumps and pressure testing tanks (preferred)
- At least one year of warehouse or general labor experience (preferred)
- Forklift operating experience (preferred)
