Responsibilities
- Create work orders in SAP
- Bill and invoice tank and service orders
- Update Sales Force on order status for tank and service orders
- Afford assistance to sales reps and customers on service and tank order ETA’s
- Manage a group email box
- Document driver and technician efficiencies through Sales Force and Excel spreadsheets
- Provide information to and from drivers, supervisors and customers
- Communicate with customers and/or other personnel to address questions, problems, scheduling and requests for service or equipment
- Afford assistance to drivers and keep coworkers informed of daily activities
- Provide data entry and handle heavy volume of phone calls
- Offer customer service to customers, sales reps, and vendors including answering questions about products and services, warranty items, pricing, tank rig outs, etc.
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by manager
Basic Requirements
- Minimum one year of similar administrative experience in an office environment
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Reside within reasonable commuting distance
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency with Outlook and Excel and Word
- Good typing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adept in problem solving
- Good math skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
