Talent Sourcing Coordinator Role

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Behind every great hire at Hydrafacial is a recruiting process that runs smoothly and a candidate pipeline that exists before the need is urgent. The Talent Sourcing Coordinator makes both possible, serving as the operational engine of the TA function by keeping interviews on track, candidates informed, and ATS data accurate — while simultaneously building the early-stage pipelines that allow recruiters to move with speed and confidence.

  • Serve as the operational engine of the TA function by keeping interviews on track, candidates informed, and ATS data accurate.
  • Own candidate communications throughout the recruiting process, providing timely, professional updates that reflect Hydrafacial's commitment to a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Source and build passive candidate pipelines for hourly operations roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach, building and maintaining talent pipelines that reduce reliance on external agencies.
  • Conduct talent mapping and competitor research for priority roles, delivering organized candidate slates and market intelligence that give recruiters a head start on critical searches.
  • Maintain accuracy and compliance within the Workday ATS, including updating candidate records, requisition statuses, and disposition codes to ensure data integrity across all active requisitions.
  • Support offer logistics and onboarding handoffs, coordinating the administrative steps between verbal offer and Day 1 to keep the process moving without gaps.
  • Aid in recruiting metrics and reporting, pulling data from the ATS and presenting findings that help the TA team track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and sourcing effectiveness.

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, recruiting operations, or a talent acquisition support role.

  • Experience with an applicant tracking system; Workday Recruiting strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or a comparable sourcing platform.
  • Background in medical device, healthcare, consumer products, or manufacturing industries.
