Responsibilities
- Support the pipelining of candidates to ensure a ready pool of qualified professionals for all clinical levels, including full-time Research Assistants, Clinical Research Coordinators, and Principal/Sub-Investigators, as well as PRN roles such as Registered Nurses, EMTs, and Firefighters across all K2 clinics.
- Maintain a high standard of candidate care by consistently communicating application statuses, providing timely updates, and ensuring a seamless experience through to the close of the requisition.
- Efficiently schedule phone screens and interviews on behalf of the Director of Talent and hiring managers, managing complex calendars and ensuring timely coordination.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, including background checks and employment eligibility verifications, ensuring all employee files are maintained in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
- Utilize the company's applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS to track applicants, manage talent pipelines, and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (including FMLA, ADAAA, Title VII, EEO, etc.), acting with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or HR support roles.
- Experience in a customer service, healthcare or clinical environment is highly preferred.
