About the role
This is a full-time, on-site Talent Coordinator role based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area.
Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
- Cook up and deliver assessment materials and gather feedback
- Prepare offer letters and support onboarding activities
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Collaborate with hiring managers and external partners
- Aid in career development and talent management initiatives
- Help plan internal events and engagement activities
- Manage calendars, prepare reports, and improve processes
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Administrative assistance experience, including scheduling, documentation management, and proficiency with productivity tools
- Experience or interest in Talent Management, including supporting performance processes, talent development initiatives, and employee engagement efforts
- Onboarding experience, with the ability to coordinate new-hire logistics, documentation, and orientation
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working with HRIS or applicant tracking systems; ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Prior experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations is preferred; private equity or professional services experience is a plus
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
