Responsibilities
- Support recruiting and human resources teams in the creation of requisitions.
- Cook up and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Handle the logistics for recruiting events.
- Partner with recruiters to draft and deliver written offer letters to candidates.
- Order and/or schedule candidate assessments as part of the interview process.
- Facilitate all candidate pre-employment activities, including background check verification, drug testing, and post-offer, pre-employment tests.
- Liaise with candidates via phone and email to assist with interview and onboarding experiences.
- Partner with hiring teams to ensure a gracious candidate interview and onboarding experience.
- Maintain confidentiality of privileged information, such as confidential candidate details or background results.
- Support other key recruiting activities and projects as needed, including phone screens or resume review.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience supporting administrative, coordination, or scheduling activities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Discreet handling of confidential information.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% or more as needed to support hiring events and recruiting initiatives.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with urgency and attention to detail.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and adaptability.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a candidate-focused mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
