Job Overview

As a Sourcer in Talent Search at IQVIA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy by partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders. This role is ideal for a proactive, data-driven, and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about identifying top talent to drive business success. Your focus will be on roles supporting our clinical research organization, including CRA, CTA, Clinical Project Managers, among others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers across designated departments to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Sourcing Strategy Development: Design and execute innovative, cost-effective recruiting plans to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Job Posting Management: Create, publish, and optimize job postings to maximize visibility and attract diverse talent.
  • Candidate Engagement: Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM tools to identify and engage passive candidates, promoting IQVIA’s mission and opportunities.
  • Screening and Evaluation: Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and alignment with role expectations.
  • Diversity and Compliance: Champion diversity hiring initiatives and ensure adherence to local and regional compliance standards.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and talent market dynamics to inform sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and CRM systems.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with the broader recruitment team to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use data and metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Proven experience in a Sourcer or Recruiter role, preferably in a fast-paced, global organization.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with talent acquisition trends.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity in a diverse hiring environment.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
