Responsibilities

- Create meaningful connections with both candidates and hiring managers, understanding their needs and facilitating perfect matches that lead to long-term success.
- Guide veterinary professionals through the recruitment journey, providing clear communication, timely updates, and a positive experience that reflects our company values.
- Collaborate with practice leaders to understand their staffing needs, offering insights on market trends and helping shape competitive offers that secure top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle efficiently, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and compliant process that yields exceptional results.
Requirements
- Proven recruitment experience with a track record of successful placements
- Strong understanding of the veterinary industry and its unique challenges
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Creative approach to sourcing and attracting passive candidates
- Skilled negotiator who can balance candidate needs with organizational requirements
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
- Adaptable problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Genuine enthusiasm for connecting people with opportunities that match their career goals
- Knowledge of veterinary credentialing and licensing requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience
- Healthcare or veterinary industry experience preferred
- Experience with high-volume, full-cycle recruitment
- Veterinary practice experience a plus
- iCIMS ATS/CRM experience a plus
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
- Understanding of veterinary industry and credentialing requirements
