Job Description

The Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent in the healthcare industry to support our organization's clinical initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of healthcare trends, and the ability to build relationships with potential candidates.

  • Identify and engage with healthcare professionals through various channels including social media, networking events, and professional associations.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit and suitability for open positions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.

  • Experience in healthcare or life sciences industry preferred.
