Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist
About the role
The Clinical Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist will be responsible for hiring BCBAs and critical provider roles (i.e. SLPs, Psychologists, Clinical Directors and administrative roles).
Responsibilities
- Partner with key leaders and clinical directors on recruitment needs
- Collaborate with department hiring managers/directors and clinical teams to identify and draft detailed and accurate job postings and hiring criteria including hard and soft skills needed for success
- Complete full cycle recruitment (including but not limited to posting positions, actively sourcing/recruiting of candidates, building effective talent pipelines, interviewing, coordinating interviews, extending offers of employment and negotiations)
- Directly source/recruit for high priority clinical, specialized and administrative roles for the Company using a variety of search methods
- Build a robust candidate pipeline; create relationships with candidates in the market
- Deliver on KPIs established by the company
- Actively utilize/post on social media sites for sourcing/recruitment.
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly staffing updates via reporting, tracking and leading meetings
- Complete special projects as needed/assigned
- Other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in arts/sciences preferred, relevant experience with H.S. Diploma or equivalent accepted in lieu of degree
- 2+ years’ experience in healthcare recruitment (BCBAs, physicians, hospital, or related clinical roles)
- Demonstrated experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, internet search tools and social networking to find and attract top talent
- Track record of filling ‘difficult to fill’ roles that require using heavy pipelining, relationship building and/or nontraditional recruiting sources
Qualifications
- This position follows core working hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. The role is primarily remote and based in Arizona with an in-person requirement of twice per month at career fairs, conferences, industry networking events, etc.

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 per year. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and experience equity.
