About the role
The Talent Acquisition Team at Fluidstack is responsible for identifying and engaging the top 0.01% of technical candidates globally. They map talent landscapes and turn them into actionable intelligence to inform hiring strategies. Key responsibilities include building proactive sourcing pipelines, running effective outreach, and designing scalable sourcing infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Map talent pools, competitive landscapes, and emerging technical communities to identify exceptional candidates.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for multiple roles, ensuring Fluidstack stays ahead of the competition.
- Design and document sourcing playbooks, talent maps, and channel strategies that scale with the company.
- Track pipeline metrics, outreach conversion, and source effectiveness to continuously improve sourcing efforts.
- Engage with passive candidates through compelling messaging that garners interest and responses.
- Work from data-driven insights to refine sourcing approaches and optimize performance.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record of building proactive sourcing pipelines that land exceptional technical candidates. Experience in AI, infrastructure, or deep-technical markets is a plus.

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates.
- Experience in mapping talent landscapes and translating them into actionable intelligence.
- Effective communication skills to engage with passive candidates and generate interest.
- Data-driven approach to sourcing, with a focus on conversion rates, source quality, and pipeline health.
- Ability to design and implement scalable sourcing infrastructure and playbooks.
