What You'll Do
- Promote company Core Values to foster and safeguard family-centric culture.
- Review and screen contractor workers submitted by agencies.
- Maintain an on-site presence to support the Contract Worker (CW) program and ensure a positive contractor experience.
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact for CWs.
- Partner with the local hiring managers on their contract worker hiring needs.
- Communicate offers to agencies for selected contract workers.
- Ensure correct markup rates are submitted.
- Work closely with agencies to ensure they are meeting the role requirements.
- Oversee contract worker onboarding with the agencies and ensure all requirements are met.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with the hiring managers and agencies.
- Maintain accurate and current applicant database.
- Afford assistance to the Talent Solution Team with other site screenings and duties as required.
What We Are Looking For
- A high school diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience.
- Experience working with staffing or contingent agencies.
- Experience recruiting in a construction, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to add value both independently and as a team member.
- Demonstrate professionalism with ability to engage effectively to build rapport across all employee levels; management, staff, customers, vendors, contractors, and others.
- Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
- Use strong oral/written communication and organizational skills to consistently exceed internal and external customers’ expectations.
- Demonstrated skill in organizing resources, establishing priorities, and motivating stakeholders.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
- The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- This role requires sitting, use of hands and arms, verbal communication, and occasional physical movement such as stooping or kneeling.
- The employee is frequently required to stand and walk.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- The employee must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet.
- Must be able to operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) if required to do so.
- The employee may also be required to work in tight and confined spaces.
