Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary HR partner for assigned entities or client groups
- Addresses workforce needs across the caregiver lifecycle
- Provides counsel on caregiver decisions impacting engagement, retention, and performance
- Executes enterprise HR programs and initiatives locally
- Identifies workforce trends, risks, and opportunities
- Manages complex coaching matters independently
- Builds strong, credible relationships with leaders
Requirements
- 2 years of HR experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Current Oklahoma State Driver's License
Qualifications
- Operates an INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non-INTEGRIS-owned)
