Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary HR partner for assigned entities or client groups
  • Addresses workforce needs across the caregiver lifecycle
  • Provides counsel on caregiver decisions impacting engagement, retention, and performance
  • Executes enterprise HR programs and initiatives locally
  • Identifies workforce trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Manages complex coaching matters independently
  • Builds strong, credible relationships with leaders

Requirements

  • 2 years of HR experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Current Oklahoma State Driver's License

Qualifications

  • Operates an INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non-INTEGRIS-owned)
