Job Summary

Provides day-to-day coordination and administrative support for Talent & OD programs, events, and meetings under supervision. Maintains records in the LMS and HR systems, tracks attendance and compliance, and documents SOPs using existing templates. Supports coordination of facilitator scheduling, supports survey administration and needs assessment data collection, and communicates program updates to internal teams and stakeholders. This role is primarily focused on enabling the team to execute effectively through strong organizational and administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates meetings, sessions and events
  • Coordinates logistics for department programs
  • Tracks attendance, completion compliance and evaluation of sessions and events
  • Schedules and supports facilitators per established plans
  • Maintaining accurate records in LMS and other HR systems, including course catalogs and learning documentation
  • Supporting needs assessment, feedback collection, and survey administration
  • Communication of program, project or team updates to key stakeholders and internal team
  • Documenting SOPs and supporting process consistency and operational efficiency

Pay

Hiring pay range: $23.13 - 30.36

  • Ability to facilitate pre-designed sessions, meetings, and events

Requirements

  • Experience: 1 minimum year related experience
  • Education: High School or GED and/or equivalent experience/training
  • Other Requirements: Up to 5% travel, typically for team meetings
