Role responsibilities
- Schedule and manage all interview logistics
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and facilitate onsite interviews
- Manage job postings across the internal ATS and Linkedin
- Manage the recruiting inbox to address candidate questions and escalate support requests as needed
- Maintain accurate data entry within the ATS to ensure candidate records, pipeline stages, and notes are current and accurate
- Support recruiters in the generation of recruiting metrics reports
- Facilitate transition between recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
- Cook up travel for remote candidates
Key qualifications
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, high volumes, and shifting timelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelors degree with prior experience in recruiting coordination, operations, or a related administrative/operational role in a fast-paced technical environment
- Experience with an ATS
- Experience supporting technical recruiting at leading technology or biotech organizations
