About the role

The Talent Team at Fluidstack is looking for a skilled individual to own and optimize the systems that support their recruitment processes. This person will be responsible for configuring Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), automating workflows, setting Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and creating dashboards for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own the ATS configuration, workflows, SLAs, and reporting for the Talent Team.
• Automate scheduling, referral intake, and candidate scoring processes to enable recruiters to focus on candidates rather than administrative tasks.
• Manage hiring data, including pipeline dashboards, funnel metrics, and weekly reports for leadership.
• Implement and enforce process changes across sourcing, screening, scheduling, and analysis, ensuring alignment with Fluidstack’s strategic goals.

Requirements

• Experience running recruiting operations or talent systems at a company hiring at a fast pace.
• Deep knowledge of configuring Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) including workflows, permissions, integrations, and reporting.
• Strong background in automating processes using various tools such as APIs, no-code platforms, or scripting languages.
• Exceptional dashboard management skills, ensuring that dashboards are accessible without reminders.

Bonus

• Experience with Ashby administration, SQL, or Python.
• Knowledge of AI screening and scoring tools.
• Experience with referral program operations.

Pay

$142K - $173K

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate should have experience running recruiting operations or talent systems at a company hiring fast, deep knowledge of configuring ATS, strong automation skills, and exceptional dashboard management skills. Bonus points for experience with Ashby administration, SQL, Python, AI screening and scoring tools, and referral program operations.
