Essential Functions

Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Aiding in the promotion of the company's employer brand by engaging with candidates and sharing information about the company culture.

Assisting in the planning and coordination of virtual or in-person hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience with diversity sourcing strategies
• Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of recruiting processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting tools

Work Schedule

This part-time position is scheduled Monday through Friday. 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 11am-4pm, excluding hiring events. Additional evening and weekend hours may be required based on business needs.

Work Environment And Physical Demands

• Sitting for extended periods of time
• Reaching, lifting, pulling and pushing
• Occasional lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Periodic travel to recruitment events, job fairs, and other hiring initiatives throughout Memphis and surrounding areas including up to 95 miles outside of the Memphis region.
• Occasional standing for extended periods at hiring events.
