Responsibilities
- Assist with executive talent reviews, and talent reports
- Support leadership development programs, tools, and resources
- Help coordinate materials related to coaching and 360 feedback processes
- Analyze talent data related to leadership and development
- Synthesize insights to support leadership decisions
- Prepare data-informed materials for senior audiences
- Consulting & Strategic Support
- Translate Talent Management products into value for HR partners and leaders
- Develop presentations and executive-ready materials
- Organize and summarize insights from multiple data sources
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed (within 12 months) an undergraduate degree in fields such as: human resources, business, organizational behavior, psychology, leadership, or related fields
- Strong interest in leadership development and talent strategy
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle sensitive data with professionalism and confidentiality
Required Technical Skills
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Experience with different AI tools
- Familiarity with survey or assessment tools (e.g., Qualtrics)
