Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with campus recruiting activities and student engagement initiatives
- Serving as a support for recruiting operations and maintaining candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System
- Supporting reporting, recruiting metrics, and talent insights
- Assisting with workforce development and early career initiatives
What You'll Bring
- A rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- Local to the Lynchburg area and able to work in person
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- An interest in recruiting, talent management, or workforce development
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- A clear communication style and a passion for innovation in clean, safe energy
Requirements
The internship is expected to require approximately 15–20 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility around academic commitments.

Total Rewards Package
