Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations Support
- Assist with HR documentation, employee files, and compliance tracking
- Help prepare onboarding packets, training materials, and communication updates
- Support data entry, reports, and HR metrics tracking
- Aid in employee surveys, engagement initiatives, and analytics
- Training & Development Support
- Support the rollout of Leadership Training and Staff Training programs
- Aid in scheduling, attendance tracking, and training logistics
- Manage LMS tasks: uploading content, assigning modules, tracking completion
- Proofread and format PowerPoints, training guides, and SOPs
- Assist in maintaining training dashboards and KPI tracking
- Participate in curriculum development discussions and content enhancement
- Project Coordination
- Organize documents, presentations, and timelines for training and HR projects
- Aid in cross-department communication for training readiness
- Track progress on training initiatives and follow up with managers as needed
- Prepare reports for project updates, audits, or leadership meetings
- Communication
- Draft internal communication templates, reminders, and staff announcements
- Aid in developing visually appealing HR and training materials
- Help maintain professionalism and consistent branding across documents
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and writing ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential information sensitively
Preferred
- Interest in training & development, leadership development, or HR consulting
- Experience with LMS systems (optional)
- Experience building PowerPoints, SOPs, or training content
- Basic data analysis or HR reporting experience is a plus
