Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations Support
    • Assist with HR documentation, employee files, and compliance tracking
    • Help prepare onboarding packets, training materials, and communication updates
    • Support data entry, reports, and HR metrics tracking
    • Aid in employee surveys, engagement initiatives, and analytics
  • Training & Development Support
    • Support the rollout of Leadership Training and Staff Training programs
    • Aid in scheduling, attendance tracking, and training logistics
    • Manage LMS tasks: uploading content, assigning modules, tracking completion
    • Proofread and format PowerPoints, training guides, and SOPs
    • Assist in maintaining training dashboards and KPI tracking
    • Participate in curriculum development discussions and content enhancement
  • Project Coordination
    • Organize documents, presentations, and timelines for training and HR projects
    • Aid in cross-department communication for training readiness
    • Track progress on training initiatives and follow up with managers as needed
    • Prepare reports for project updates, audits, or leadership meetings
  • Communication
    • Draft internal communication templates, reminders, and staff announcements
    • Aid in developing visually appealing HR and training materials
    • Help maintain professionalism and consistent branding across documents

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and writing ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle confidential information sensitively

Preferred

  • Interest in training & development, leadership development, or HR consulting
  • Experience with LMS systems (optional)
  • Experience building PowerPoints, SOPs, or training content
  • Basic data analysis or HR reporting experience is a plus
