Talent Intern

About The Role

The Talent Intern supports the Talent and HR team with learning and development initiatives, content creation, and program coordination. This role offers hands-on experience in instructional design, learning programs, and HR operations while contributing to meaningful projects that support employee growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support learning programs including onboarding and leadership development
• Help design and update training materials (presentations, guides, eLearning content)
• Aid with training logistics, communications, and facilitation support
• Serve on learning and HR-related projects and documentation
• Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration, course setup, and reporting
• Provide exposure to recruiting and general HR activities

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Communications, Psychology or a related field
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
• Interest in learning, talent development, or HR
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; design or eLearning tools a plus
