Role Overview

The TA Intern will work closely with the hiring team to support day-to-day recruitment execution across sourcing, candidate coordination, funnel tracking, and hiring process operations. This role is a strong fit for someone who is curious about hiring, communicates well, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with lots of exposure and learning.

What You’ll Do

  • Support candidate sourcing across job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other relevant channels.
  • Help build and maintain candidate pipelines for active roles.
  • Screen profiles against role requirements and shortlist relevant candidates for recruiter review.
  • Career coordination with candidates for interviews, follow-ups, and hiring process updates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and stage updates across hiring systems and trackers.
  • Help ensure timely communication and a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support hiring operations such as interview scheduling, tracker hygiene, and follow-up management.
  • Assist with talent market mapping and basic research for ongoing and upcoming roles.
  • Work with the team to improve sourcing quality, process discipline, and overall hiring efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR, or people operations.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with structured follow-through.
  • Ability to stay organized while handling multiple moving pieces.
  • Comfortable with outreach, coordination, and professional communication.
  • Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets/Excel, and online research is a plus.
  • Prior internship/project experience in HR, recruitment, operations, or coordination is helpful but not mandatory.
