Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.This internship provides hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting operations within a high-volume logistics environment, supporting hiring across multiple New Jersey and South region sites.Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channelsScreen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreachSchedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidatesMaintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databasesDraft and post job advertisements across various platformsSupport employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activitiesTrack recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reportsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processAssist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination as neededPerform other HR and recruitment-related projects assigned by the teamAbout YouBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Supply Chain, or a related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and MandarinStrong organizational and time management abilitiesFamiliarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS platforms is a plusAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalismAt JD.com, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where every voice counts and every talent belongs.
