Ultimate Staffing is seeking a dedicated and talented HR professional to join their client's team. This position is located in a dynamic and collaborative environment, and it is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about human resources to make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members to support HR initiatives and programs.Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy.Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling interviews and preparing new hire paperwork.Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.Support employee engagement activities and initiatives. Requirements: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Previous HR experience is a plus but not required. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, during 1st shift hours.
