What You’ll Bring

  • Proven, end-to-end recruiting experience in operations/frontline environments.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully recruiting in rural communities by building strong local relationships, utilizing community resources, and employing innovative, non-traditional recruiting strategies to attract talent.
  • Creative, strategic talent sourcing, workforce planning and strength in analytics.
  • Stakeholder savvy; you build trusted relationships internally and in the community.
  • Experience with employer brand, candidate communications, and process design.
  • Organized project manager; pragmatic, people-first, and tenacious.
  • Creative, future-proofed attitude towards building talent pools.
