Talent Development Specialist Sr
Overview
The internal title for this role is a Talent Development Specialist III. The Talent Development Specialist III leads and manages advanced training and development initiatives, mentors and guides fellow team members, and plays a key strategic role in the organization's workforce development.
Responsibilities
Design and deliver complex and highly specialized training programs, which include leadership development, technical and professional development, and executive-level training.
Lead and support succession planning efforts by identifying critical roles, assessing internal talent readiness, and developing pipelines aligned with future business needs.
Support business continuity by partnering with leaders to identify key roles and implement cross-training and role-readiness strategies to mitigate talent-related risks.
Administer the executive coaching program, including vendor coordination, leader alignment, and evaluation of coaching effectiveness against development goals.
Conduct in-depth assessments and analyses to identify complex gaps in employee skills, knowledge, and abilities and develop strategic plans to address them.
Develop and implement advanced and personalized learning paths for employees, supporting their career growth and skill development.
Implement advanced methods for evaluating training program effectiveness, which includes analyzing data, conducting surveys, and using feedback to make data-informed improvements.
Maintain training data in Learning Management System and other systems
Contribute to L&D department events & activities
Works effectively as a team member with business leaders
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Training, Organizational Development or related field of study
4-6 years of HR experience with at least 3 years of specific experience developing and delivering training programs to various audiences
Knowledge of adult learning techniques, instructional design, facilitation and consultation
Strong organizational and project management skills to meet multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred:
Experience with UKG Learning

Pay Range
USD $76,860.00 - USD $102,565.00 /Yr.
