About the role
This is a contract opportunity. You will be employed by Magnit to work on assignment with GuideWell and subsidiary companies including Florida Blue. As a member of the Enterprise Talent Development team, this role functions as an internal consultant to assess, measure, and enhance the human performance of teams.
Responsibilities
- Design learning sessions to meet the requirements of a specified curriculum or to fill in gaps with existing programs; collaborate, as needed, with instructional and graphic designers in the creation of proprietary learning solutions; tailor third party content to ensure the facilitation reflects organizational culture, position, and messaging.
- Create or curate content into post learning journeys designed to reinforce and target on the job application.
- Facilitate training programs and classes while engaging, advising, and guiding learners and evaluating the achievement of intended learning outcomes.
- Support the identification of a learning need by analyzing performance and competence data to identify gaps in relation to required proficiency and recommend priorities for learning interventions.
- Conduct team performance and engagement analysis to identify factors inhibiting the team from achieving its desired level of performance and using evidence-based information recommend priorities for team human performance interventions.
- Direct the work while designing and implementing a learning and/or human performance improvement intervention for a team and then evaluating its effectiveness and business impact.
- Provide Sr. Leader, HR Business Partners, Business Leaders etc. with end of intervention analysis emphasizing the effectiveness of the intervention and estimated business impacts.
- Create moderately complex documents using a variety of computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Adobe; draft proposals to enhance employee performance and positively impact business results using data-driven processes, tools, and techniques leveraging best practice research and methodologies and submit to leadership for approval.
Qualifications
- 5+ years related work experience.
- Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience.
- 1 - 2 years of experience designing and developing learning & performance solutions.
- Seasoned knowledge of adult learning theory & principles.
- Working knowledge of instructional design principles with ability to demonstrate practical application of principles.
- Seasoned written and verbal communication skills which includes demonstrated ability to facilitate training.
- Ability to address requests and/or solve business-related issues of medium complexity.
- Ability to complete multiple assignments in a compressed time frame.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret business-related results into actionable items for group growth and development.
- Demonstrated ability to provide feedback to elevate the performance level of a team.
Skills
